1. Returns
1.1. We accept returns within 20 days of the purchase date.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. All original tags must be attached.
1.3. Please initiate the return process by contacting our customer support at inkinglobalsolutions@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
1.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
3. Exchanges
3.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
4.1. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at inkinglobalsolutions@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
5. Sale Items
5.1. Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
